Chicago's Property Shop offers a FREE apartment locating service in the downtown Chicago neighborhoods. We work hand in hand with over 40 professionally managed, full amenity high-rise buildings. Imagine having a modern apartment in a building that offers 24-hour door staff, attached parking, an outdoor pool, and a concierge service. Our agents are seasoned professionals that know our inventory inside and out. All you have to do is provide us with your basic information and leave the rest to us.
Work in the loop? We will pick you up, show you 3 apartments that meet your criteria and drop you back off! Chicago's Property Shop will accompany you through the whole process to ensure that you find exactly what you are looking for!
ATTENTION RENTERS: We provide a free apartment finding service. Our busiest day is Saturday, and the runner up is, Sunday. We ask that you take this into consideration if you would like to view any of our apartments. If you are viewing a few places, keep in mind that there is a quick turnover in the apartments that we have available. If you see a unit on Thursday, but don't proceed to rent the unit until Saturday, there is a good chance that the unit has already been rented to someone else. So please be prepared to rent an apartment when going on showings with our agents. This will insure that you get the apartment you want.
