Chicago's Lincoln Park

Lincoln Park

One of the most popular—and populous—neighborhoods in Chicago, this gentrified area combines tranquil residential blocks with buzzing commercial streets like Clark and Halsted. The area is also rich in cultural attractions, from the Chicago History Museum and the free Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory to the Notebaert Nature Museum, all located within reasonable walking distance of one another. Both young and old are drawn to the neighborhood because of its proximity to the lake and easy access to shops and restaurants.
